ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12

* Duty Schedule for today: K Johnson, Barton, Wecks, Hard


Staff and Students: We are still looking for people who are wanting to feel that wonderful sensation of giving to someone in need at Christmas… TODAY pick up an ornament off the Christmas tree and buy the gift written on the back of it. Bring your present with the ornament on it to Ms. Wendy’s office by next Wednesday and we will deliver the presents on Friday, December 19. Reminder – if you take an ornament off the tree - that is your promise that you will indeed buy that present. Feel good – give to someone less fortunate this Christmas.

Key Club is sponsoring a coat drive this holiday season. Please bring your new or slightly used coats to Mr. Johnston’s room. The coats will go to Westside Cares Center. Note: They are especially in need of large men’s coats. Thanks for your support.

Students: Please turn in your required Prime Time sheets to Mr. Woodard at the end of Prime Time today.

Staff: Don’t forget your Flex Plan forms are due. Turn your form in to Mrs. Guido asap.

Lost and Found: The Lost and Found box overfloweth! Please stop by and take a look at the items on the table and take home your lost and found items TODAY! All items left over will be donated to a charity next Friday.

Staff and Students: How would you like to give to someone this Christmas season just for the good of giving? No pizza parties, no free tardies, just the feel good sensation of giving to someone in need at Christmas… If your answer to that question is yes, there is a giving tree in the front office with ornaments on it. Come by this week, pick up an ornament off the tree and buy the gift written on the back of it. Bring your wrapped present with the ornament on it to Ms. Wendy’s office by next Wednesday and we will deliver the presents on Friday, December 19. Reminder – if you take an ornament off the tree - that is your promise that you will indeed buy that present. Feel good – give to someone less fortunate this Christmas.

The extended advisory planned for TUESDAY has been rescheduled for TODAY. today is a mandatory Prime Time advisory. All students will be required to attend.

There is an extended faculty meeting today at lunch in the Media Center. Prime Time is shortened and lunch is at 12:25 p.m.

This week the Peace Jam Global Awareness is bringing “Mix It Up” to the school. We will be encouraging the student body and staff to step out of their comfort zones all week. Tomorrow is a mandatory Prime Time advisory. All students will be required to attend. So this week, be prepared to Mix It Up! Teachers: Please read the announcement put in your advisory packet to your first block today.

Wednesday students will have an early release day. All students will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m.

Would all the Boys All State Conference Football players meet outside Ms. Wendy’s office at Prime Time today for a picture.
