*Duty Schedule for today: Wecks, Woodrich, Martens, Pavey, Prime Time –
Staff: All classes need to be escorted to the New Gym for a meeting at the beginning of Prime Time today-- please sit with students in the stands - your class does not need to sit together – Seniors need to sit together in the first section of bleachers.
Parent/Teacher Conferences are tonight, 5-7:30 pm and tomorrow morning, 8:00 -11:00 am. Encourage your parents to come in and visit with your teachers. No school on Friday.
The Lost and Found is still overflowing! Everyone needs to check out the lost items and find yours before this tomorrow or all articles will be donated to the needy!
Students who have prime time required study, be sure to turn in those blue sign-off sheets at the end of Prime Time today.
The Apple Seed Daycare Center is having an Open House tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m. If you know of any families that need daycare for their small children, please let them know about the Open House. See Ms. Wendy for details.

Baseball season starts next Tuesday, February 17. Make sure you all have your physicals turned in and your pass to practice turned in before then.
Summer classes for Driver’s Ed are filling up fast. See Mr. Quarry or Mrs. Penman if you need to sign up.
Book club will meet for lunch in the media center today. Please bring a book to talk about and exchange.
There will be a track meeting for those NOT in a Winter Sport after school today in Room 19.

All day NHS students will be collecting money for teachers to kiss a pig. The money goes to an Elementary School Fundraiser, and we are going to extend the contest through next Friday. Here are the totals: Mack $11.21, Brown $7.35, Dallas $3.60, Oconnor $3.13

Next Wednesday, February 18th, the representative from Pikes Peak Community College will be available in the counseling office during Prime Time. All students are welcome to attend.
Students interested in engineering! There will be an ENGINEERING EXPLORATION DAY at CSU on February 14th. Registration closes on Wednesday, February 11th! CSU invites all students, their parents and community members to join them on campus on the 14th from 9 to 3 for this FREE event. Come to the counseling office for much more information.

*Duty Schedule for today: Wecks, Woodrich, Martens, Pavey, Prime Time – Quarry
Students: Just a reminder that tomorrow is a half day. The schedule is posted outside of the front office if you need to know the times of different blocks.
Parent/Teacher Conferences are this Thursday night, 5-7:30 pm and Friday morning, 8:00 -11:00 am. Encourage your parents to come in and visit with your teachers. Students have a full day of school on Thursday and no school on Friday.
The Lost and Found, oh man, it is overflowing! Everyone needs to check out the lost items and find yours before this Friday or all articles will be donated to the needy!

This is the one you wanted!! The last chance for auditions for the musical "Grease" will be held tonight at the district auditorium from 6-9pm. Come prepared with a short monologue and song to sing!!

Staff: There will be an extended faculty meeting today at lunch in the Media Center. Students: Prime Time is shortened by ten minutes and lunch begins at 12:25 p.m.
Need a job? The School to Work Alliance Program will be here Wednesday, February 11 from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. in the SILC building teaching you how to build a great resume, interview with style and market yourself appropriately. For more information, see Mr. Johnston.

This is the one you wanted!! Auditions for the musical "Grease" will be held tonight and tomorrow night at the district auditorium from 6-9pm. Come prepared with a short monologue and song to sing!! Grease is the word!!
Students we need your help. With Valentines Day right around the corner, some teachers need help finding a Valentine. So all week the National Honor Society thought they would help, and brought back the KISS A PIG competition from last year. If you remember Ms. O'connor was the big winner last year and has agreed to reenter the competition this year. Joining her will be Mr. Mack, Mr. Brown, Mr. Dallas, and possibly a secret competitor. You choose the winner by donating your spare change to the bucket of the teacher you want to see kiss the pig. The winning teacher will kiss the pig in front of the entire school next week during primetime.
FCA is tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the McQueeney’s house.
